Buyers, you can no longer receive negative or neutral Feedback from sellers.

You should leave honest and accurate Feedback without the fear of receiving 
negative or neutral ratings.

I just got this message on my Ebay account, Which annoyed me, Ebay are going down hill, They are slowly bu surely increasing selling fees, and now this, This basically leaves the seller powerless, what if a buyer baught an item, a month goes by and no payment, you can’t leave a negative to warn other sellers about them? In the past few months I was slowly moving away from eaby, the buzz wore off to be honest, but this has just put the nail in the coffin for me!
